At least six people were injured in a serious two-vehicle collision along the Duncans main road in Trelawny on Sunday afternoon.
The injured individuals were rushed to the Falmouth Hospital for medical treatment following the crash.
Reports indicate that around 5:30 p.m., a grey Nissan AD wagon traveling westbound collided head-on with a black Toyota Fielder that was heading east.

According to eyewitnesses, five occupants of the Toyota Fielder sustained serious injuries, while one person from the Nissan AD wagon was also hurt in the impact.
Emergency responders, including firefighters and two ambulances, quickly arrived at the scene to assist the injured and clear the roadway.
The Duncans Police have since launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
