Minister of National Security and Peace, Dr. Horace Chang, has announced a $2 million reward for information leading to the arrest and charge of those responsible for Sunday night’s deadly mass shooting in Commodore, Linstead.

The attack claimed the lives of five people, including a child, and left four others injured.

Dr. Chang is urging members of the public to come forward with any information that could assist investigators in bringing the perpetrators to justice.
During a visit to the community on Monday, the minister condemned the brutal act, describing the deliberate killing of a child and other innocent residents as “heartless and unforgivable,” and vowed that the crime would not go unanswered.
Expressing confidence in the ongoing investigation, Dr. Chang said he is certain that the police will bring those responsible to justice.
Anyone with information is being asked to contact the Linstead Police at 876-515-2689, the National Intelligence Bureau (NIB) Tip Line at 811, Police Emergency at 119, or Crime Stop at 311.
